of punjabi chana paneer and yellow dal, along with 1 roti and a serving of rice. no nan, no lassi. self-control leads 1-0. but maybe non-indian food next time would be healthier. or a place that serves whole wheat roti. oh well.

hmm...pretty good! more than non-indian, i think non-restaurant (i'm guessing this was restaurant food from the "punjabi channa paneer" :)) would be good. you could have the same thing, with two-three rotis even and it would still be lighter.
