Just ate leftovers for lunch: gobhi and dal with (unfortunately white) rice. In addition, it became necessary to consume lots of water and oj to set out the fire that the whole red chili i chewed and swallowed ignited. One realization, also, was that it's good to eat in a small bowl. This limits the size of a helping, and one rarely goes into threes anyway.
